CBT Psychology is looking for Registered Clinical Psychologists, Psychological Associates, Psychology Graduates in supervised practice, Registered Psychotherapists and Social Workers to join our thriving practice and growing team.

At CBT Psychology for Personal Development we provide compassionate, caring and effective psychotherapy using research-based treatments like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), DBT (Dialectical Behavioural Therapy), Emotionally Focused Therapy, Positive Psychology, Compassion Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness Meditation. We provide psychological assessment and treatment to clients of all ages. We offer individual, couple and family therapy as well as groups such as CBT for anxiety and depression and mindful living programs. Psychotherapists and Registered Social Workers.

Our Requirements

  1. Minimum 7 years of experience providing services to a wide range of clients
  2. Availability to work at least two days per week (minimum 15 clients, ideally 15-25)
  3. Training in Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy and other therapeutic approaches (DBT, EFT, ACT, CFT, TF-CBT, client-centred, psychodynamic, mindfulness)
  4. Documentation (e.g., progress notes, report/letter writing)
  5. Knowledge of issues relating to children, adolescents, elderly and experience working with couples and groups not required but an asset
  6. Excellent communication (written & verbal); a second language is an asset
  7. Interested in continued learning to be up to date with latest developments in the field
  8. Not interested in opening your own private practice for at least the next 3 years

  • Dedicated Intake Coordinators and administrative support (e.g., booking, communicating with clients). This will allow you to focus on what is most important — providing psychological services to your patients.
