She is trained in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused therapy. She also has additional training in complex trauma, mindfulness-based techniques, and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). Her practice is embedded in a trauma-informed, person-centered, intersectional, and anti-oppressive lens.
